that is just plain gross.
The funniest part of this post is that a magazine called Cosmoparody, which came out in the early 80's, predicted this product. Today's satire is tomorrow's profit!
This product is well suited to Americans as they pay to have mediocrity foisted upon them from all levels of society. From greedy Americans to really dumb Americans.
The Onion network knows a good rub.
Wow...is this for real?
this is a joke, right?!?!?!?!
As humorous as that is, it is indeed a joke. The Onion is a news satire site. www.theonion.com
Thank you all for commenting. Nah, it's not real, but it sure seems like it.
Is this for real? You got to be kidding me!!!
Shannon Jacobyansky - Nah, but funny;) It's getting there, however. Thanks for visiting.:)
It can't be real as it is too complicated for the target audience!
They need to be able to drive in, order from a menu of 1 choice made to look like 3, have it placed in front of them and allow them to force it into any available hole (the most accessible being the mouth but not essentially so) - Or is that McDrive-in?
It hit me again how easy it would be to have adequate farm land to give every human enough fruit and veg a day as a basic human right. Then if people need processed food they can pay for the privilege. The system of processing all food and having such a basic like food out of the price range for the poor is sick. Marketing like this is a great joke :-) but as we can see from peoples "is this real?" commenting - all too real!
Tao - Beautiful points. Thanks for commenting. I enjoy reading your views and opinions.
Too damn funny. But remember Onion is a satire sight, we have had the figurative feedbag on for years.
the walking man - Good point!
You cannot be serious.
One guy doesn't feel like moving his arms?
I really kept wanting to get to the end with the newscaster yelling, "Psyche!"
I could not be more disgusted right now.
Lisa - Lisa, it is fake. It's on www.onion.com... However, the beauty of it, is because it seems like it's so real.
What will they think of next?
Leon-you had me going there for a minute!!:-) If my computer is not acting all weird like it was last night I may post a bit more of my writing later in the evening-I would appreciate any comments from you or folks who write-to tell me where I am going wrong -as I very much feel it is not good at all-best to you as always and I hope you are having a great week!
Probably ok if you fill it with salad...
Little Lamb - Haha:)
Devin - Most definitely! Let me know when it's posted and I will definitely check it out. Email me.. LeonBasin@gmail.com
The Phosgene Kid - Good point!!!
I'm well, thanks.
Scott W- Good to hear!!!
It's like a dream! Keep us informed of any new developments.
Retro Heather - Oh, most definitely!:)
HarHar!!! Funny, indeed! But almost too close to truth.
Have you ever noticed all the people driving their cars and eating something?? It's amazing! We are always eating!!
bfs ~ "Mimi" - I sure have... I remember like 5 years ago, in High School. Parents, would drop off their kids, while they were eating.. It's amazing... I see these people now on the road.. It's scary...
That's hilarious!! Obviously not true but someone somehwere will do it anyway!
Berthddu Suit - Agreed! Anyway to make money:)
Lol, I posted this video over the summer sometime on my blog, too. It's pretty hilarious. The Onion always makes me laugh.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
Oh crap. The Onion got me again...
but phew!!!
Dorkys Ramos - Definitely! Thanks for visiting mine. I need to check your blog some more.
Lisa - It's coming:)
this is a joke right?
rebecca - Yea, it is! :)
Haha--hillarious!
Okay, um... this is frightening. Obviously an invention gone wrong!
Angela - I thought so, myself.:)
BIBI - Yea, scary stuff.
