Those are not promises

But researched outlining of how to improve ones brain

Most of the gossip you hear, is simply false

No truth in any of them

Why pay attention to something that could not help you in anyway

It seems to give you something to put your energy into

Is that what you want to do?

Focus on the negative and not the positive?
