I have been listening to more psychedelic/ambient music.
Basically I went to see a counselor today
I sat down
And
While I was waiting, I was listening to my electronic music through my headphones
I felt like I was in a trance
I was meditating through music?
Anyways
I got this feeling where my soul or whatever you want to call it
Was pulling my soul out of my body
Like when you run
And you have your face pushed by the wind
It felt just like that
The crazy part was…
That feeling did not stop for sometime…
I also saw myself floating in the air
Like Out of Body Experience? Not quite sure how or what to describe it as.
This was in an office building while waiting to see a counselor
This continued for probably for a few more min
I couldn't stop moving
I was shaking in my seat for a few seconds
Before I stopped the music.
My body then began to burn a bit
It started from my toes and moved up to my nostrils’
It felt like my body was being ripped out of my physical form
It would not stop until I stopped the music
I also felt like I was being lit on fire

Wow, can you send me the music you were listening to? :) This is very synchronicitous as I just read Robert Monroe's Journeys Out of the Body yesterday where he talks about using binaural/hemi-sync music to help instigate the OOBE. I think you were experiencing the first stages of astral projection and if you were laying down at the time you probably would have had a full OOBE. Cool, keep it up

Don't see the councilor! They will fuck you up. You're going through the spiritual awakening in your own unique way and they won't have a clue - They'll probably put you on drugs and more counseling to make you """"normal"""".
Well, I have had OBE's before, but this kind of experience through music, in an office environment, is a totally different level for me. I have been doing a lot of meditation/sometimes a few times a day. Added with Yoga/Music, amazing stuff. Nah, counseling for school!:) Not the regular ones. I definitely do not believe in those counselors, when it concerns me. It might work for some, but not for me.
