I think it&#39;s important to cultivate simplicity as a counterbalance to the complexity that so often threatens to overwhelm. It&#39;s just a matter of perspective, letting the details fall away and focusing on the core of what really matters. I think this relates to the head / heart dynamic as well as the concept of outer / inner truth.
